It is not allowed to hang clothes, towels, or any other objects on the glass or railing of the balcony.

Please use only the parking space assigned to the apartment. Parking in other spaces is not permitted.

Do not leave beach chairs, umbrellas, or other items in the parking space. Use the beach box when available, or store items inside the apartment.

Take your trash directly to the condominium dumpster. Do not leave garbage bags in hallways, entrance hall, garage, or any other common area.

If you are staying with a pet, it must be carried in your arms while moving through the common areas of the condominium, in accordance with internal rules.

Respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the accommodation.

Observe the maximum capacity indicated in the elevator.

Maintain silence during quiet hours and respect the condominium's community guidelines.

Preserve the common areas and building facilities throughout your stay.

Failure to follow any of the condominium rules may result in warnings and/or fines, which will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
